MacGregor Wilson understand that recruitment affects people’s personal and family lives and also the success of your businesses. We make every effort to get the fit right for all parties and to work as professionally and transparently as possible.
We do not operate with aggressive sales targets for sales calls, canvas calls, CV's sent and interview targets to meet, as we feel that this may not be in your companies or the candidates best interests.
We therefore have a non sales approach - no overselling or pressurising in order to fill a role to meet a target.
